- Responsible for on-boarding and induction of new employees.

- Planned and implemented a new Induction procedure.

Performance Management

- Facilitated PMS Cycle, Bi-annual review in the organization

- Planned the process timelines and executed the same

- Conducted PMS training for all new employees

Campus Placement NIFT/ Pearl

- Facilitate in designed a Management Trainee/ Intern Program.
