Job Responsibilities
Employee Engagement:
- Responsible to conceptualize / implement initiatives for strengthening employee bonding & increase employee engagement activities and to foster lively work environment.
- Strategize and propose initiatives that continuously improve engagement levels through the year
- Design and implement Human Resource programs for On boarding & Orientation, Employee events and improved employee connect
- To Conduct Rewards & Recognition ceremony to boost employee morale
Learning and Development:
- To Analyze training needs in conjunction with line managers
- To formulate and deliver training with respect to identified training needs.
Talent Acquisition:
- To manage the Talent Acquisition Team for a set of business units of organisation and to fulfill Open Position requirements there in a timely manner.
- Will be a single point of contact for all recruitment related activities for Finance, Operations and Support business units of organisation
- Develop and implement the strategic hiring plans (monthly) to meet business needs of all Open and Potential positions in a time bound manner.
- Build and maintain industry / skill specific market intelligence for target-based hiring.
- Manage the activities of the team members to ensure compliance with pre-agreed SLA’s for Talent Acquisition function.
Employment & Education Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in HR.
- MBA/PGDBM HR
- Experience in implementing various talent management and employee engagement initiatives
- Experience in managing full recruitment lifecycle components including forecasting, planning, sourcing, qualifying, assessing, salary negotiation, relationship management, and reference checks.
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
- Should have clear & persuasive communication skills.
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, & procedures.
