Assistant Manager HR
Exp Req : 1-2 years from a reputed B-School.
Reports to DGM-HR
Industry : FMCG , Retail, Quick Service Restaurant Industry.
1. JOB DETAILS:
Position Title:Assistant Manager
Reports to - DGM– HR
Department - HR [West]
2. JOB PURPOSE:
To develop and implement effective HR processes for the West region. The stakeholder will be responsible for talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement and lifecycle processes for the region.

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
- Will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, manage channel mix etc.
- Liaise with various stakeholders in the business and other functions to plan/execute HR deliverables
- Manage joining and induction to ensure all new joiners are equipped with information/ resources required for them to integrate better into the organization.
- Will be responsible for HR operations and compliances, ensuring that all processes operate at 100% efficiency.
- Ensure employee engagement through various HR processes and activities; manage various employee life cycle processes.
- To plan/ execute process improvement projectsthat are an integral part of the HR function at JFL

6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- MBA from Premier Institute with 1-2 years of experience in HR. Preference for same industry.
- Should have worked in Talent Acquisition, and should have knowledge of HR compliances.
- Should be confident, result oriented and able to work independently.
