We have the following exciting opening with an MNC Consulting firm in Bangalore.

Job Description :

The HRBP will act as business partner to a particular Service line in Bangalore which has around 500 employees.

Responsible for mobilizing talent priorities & assist in delivery of all key talent strategies and processes, identify & deliver new initiatives.

Build relationship and work very closely with the stakeholders at Bangalore Location.

Assist in managing performance and employment relations issues, in line with the Firm's Values, in order to ensure risk minimization to the Firm.

Provision of advice to Line Managers regarding the management of staff performance, leadership issues, workplace health and safety and general policy

Desired Candidate Profile :

HR Professional with 6-9 years Stable experience in MNC Companies from the Services Sector.

Regular MBA preferred

The incumbent should have an extensive HRBP experience and should be able to work closely with Stakeholders

Salary Range: 10 - 11 LPA + variable
