About our Client - Our client is one of the leading players in the FMCG space with an exciting growth strategy in the near future. They are very popular in their hair products category, and are looking to hire an Assistant Manager - Hair Colour Category, for the same team.

Job Description - Reporting to the Category Head, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting in the preparation and execution of the short term and long term marketing plans for the product.

- Liaising with the research team, and marketing team to help identify the right product mix.

- Identifying the right pricing strategy for the said product.

- Working closely with the sales team, and help in training them to sell the product in the market.

The Successful Candidate - You will be a MBA from a top business school with around 4 years of post qualification experience in a FMCG set up. Prior experience in a cosmetics/personal care category would be a plus. The client is looking for an individual with good communication skills, and an innovative insight.
