Assistant Manager Financial Statement Analysis(M & A) for global accounting firm
Job Description:
- Analysis of financial statement analysis for the purpose of M & A.
- Handle a team of 7-10 financial analysts/senior analysts and carry out end-to-end project management.
- Read and interpret financial statements, and perform data analysis.
- Gather requirements and information. Guiding team on analysis to be performed on the financial data.
- Handle detailed interactions with the clients
Desired Profile:
- Qualified CA / full time MBA finance / CFA.
- Relevant experience of 4-6 years in F & A operations - financial analysis, FP & A, closing & reporting with best practice off shoring companies/Transaction Support/ leading best practices BPOs.
- Advanced understanding of accounting concepts and good analytical skills.
- Must be handling a team of min 3-4 people.
- Good project management and client management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
