Assistant Manager
Financial Reporting Position- With a reputed MNC based out of Gurgaon
Timings- 9am -6pm (Pick up/drop facility)
Eligibility- CA with 2-3 years post qualification experience into reporting and closing, statutory audit.
Responsibilities:
This position will primarily support the Global Reporting function. The job would entail one or more of the following activities:
- Assist in Financial Reporting at an AXP/ Regional/Market/LOB/ External Segment- level.
- Assist in developing standard tools and processes for collating information from various sources for performing financial reporting and analysis.
- Develop relevant reporting of Financial Statements with supporting analysis to cater to diverse customer requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple Finance partners across Controllership, Business Unit Finance and other Finance organizations to source information and deliver on customer expectations.
Qualification:
- This position will be required to support various Balance Sheet Reporting initiatives undertaken by the management from time to time and accordingly, the job role may undergo a change, to align with those initiatives.
- The incumbent should either be Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of post qualification experience.
- Should have problem solving, planning and analytical skills to facilitate and focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to interact independently with senior business partners / customers etc.
- Reporting and analysis experience will be a distinct advantage.
- Familiarity with US GAAP and financial accounting experience is preferred.
- Must be proficient in MS Applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Should have strong results orientation, project management, collaboration and co-ordination abilities.
