Location - MetLife GOSC (MCC)

Basic Function

Candidate selected will be responsible for integrity, maintenance and timely compilation of functional budget / forecast on monthly basis, MIS reporting for variance analysis, monthly invoicing, cost control / rationalization etc.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Managing Financials

a. Ensure all functional (HR / CRE & IT) expenses are tracked appropriately and in line with the Functional need

b. Provide accrual and actual expense reporting from and to the function with good knowledge of PeopleSoft

c. Provide PR support to the function for procurement of goods or services

2. Reporting

a. Ensure all financial information and drivers are tracked for Management reporting

b. Support all financial reporting by the functions, managing the monthly Budget performance, actual reporting and annual financial performance

c. Remove any / all duplicity of financial reporting by Function and Finance

3. Analytics

a. Provide financial analytics support to the functions

b. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details

c. Gather and assimilate information and data relative to financial performance of the Processes and development and maintenance of dashboards / scorecards.

Primary Internal Interactions

- Significant interaction with Functional Managers and Leaders

- Report outs to GOSC Sr. Management
