AM - Financial Planning & Analysis

Financial Planning and Analysis with a reputed firm based out of Gurgaon

Shift Timings - 7 am - 3.30 pm/ 3.30 pm- 11.30 pm (pick-up/drop facility for both)

Eligibility - CA with 2-3 years post qualification experience into FP&A , statutory audit.

Role and Responsibilities

Assist in development and delivery of monthly Segment P&L Reporting & base level analysis to cater to diverse internal customer requirements.

- Establish required controls and checks to ensure integrity, quality and consistent delivery of reports within the agreed timelines

- Partner closely with Internal team, Process area and Global Management Reporting team across location

Qualification:-

Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience

- Should have excellent problem solving, planning and analytical skills to facilitate and focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to interact independently with senior business partners / customers etc.

- Reporting and analytical experience will be a distinct advantage.

- Familiarity with US GAAP and financial accounting experience is preferred.

- Must be proficient in MS Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
