AM- Financial Controller- Leading Manufacturing

Accountabilities Scope of work:

- Financial Statements - Preparation of standalone and consolidated financials under IndAS & IFRS for legal entities and notes to the accounts

- Financial Controller - Ensure proper control and measure as Financial controller for Inventory, Costing for New Product, Customer & Business

- Statutory and Internal Audit - Quarterly limited reviews, Liasoning with audit team and stake holders to understand / explain audit expectations and take it towards closure. Ensure that audit team is provided with the desired information in a timely manner

- Statutory Compliance - Establishing control over related party arrangements and disclosures and reporting under Company Laws

- Month end reports / Controlling - Ensures monthly books closure, defined reports are reviewed and cross charge invoices are raised on a timely manner.
