About our Client - Our client is a major Global Financial Services Provider engaged in retail banking, credit cards, corporate and investment banking with an extensive international presence in Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia. With over 125,000 employees spread across 35+ countries they are currently looking for a technically strong professional to join their Finance Transition team as a Assistant Manager within their shared services setup in Delhi NCR.
Job Description - Reporting to Manager Finance Transition, you would be responsible for:
- Acting as a subject matter expert for a broad range of financial processes
- Managing & implementing the solutions for transition issues along with onshore and offshore teams
- Ensuring that the transition processes are carried out according to the agreed quality & control standards
- Developing and implementing best practices
The Successful Candidate - You are an MBA with minimum 3 years experience in Finance Transition. You would have excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage numerous deadlines whilst still delivering a high service standard. In addition to the soft skills the successful candidate will be expect to have excellent Microsoft skills (excel, word and Power Point) whilst a knowledge of Share Point would be advantageous.
