- He/ she should preferably be a qualified resource with 1-2 years of tax experience.

- The person should have good communication skills and inter-personal skills

- The person should have expert knowledge and hands on experience on WHT/ Service Tax matters.

- The person should have a multinational company background and should have experience of handling huge volumes of data.

- The person should have reasonable drafting skills and should be capable of representing the company in the Tax office, on routine matters.

- He should have relevant experience and reasonable knowledge about Transfer Pricing, Assessment/Appellate Procedures, International Taxation, VAT/Service Tax Provisions and Tax compliances in India.

- The person should be a good accountant and should have excellent spreadsheet skills.

- The person should possess excellent follow up and relationship management skills.

- He should possess the spirit of continuous learning and should be reasonably updated on the latest developments in the fields of Finance, Accounts and Taxation.
