About our Client - Our client is a leading private equity firm focusing its investments in emerging market economies. The client adopts a more holistic approach towards its investments, by investing in a variety of companies that are at the forefront of delivering quantifiable beneficial change in the energy, real estate, business and financial services sector. Having established its presence in the Indian market, for almost close to a decade, the client is looking to hire an Assistant Finance Manager to support its finance function.

Job Description - Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:

- Running the monthly consolidated process and reviewing the consolidated numbers.

- Preparing a variety of management reports, including ad-hoc and headcount analysis.

- Assisting in the compilation of annual budgets and forecasts, including the finalization of cost reports (with proper documentation of all variances).

- Finance system administration, and ensuring uniformity/coordination in accounting practices across all regions, to achieve financial discipline.

The Successful Candidate - You should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant, with at least two years of post qualification experience, preferably in a reputed MNC or Big 4 firm. Knowledge of the MIS function, and prior global work exposure would be desirable The client is looking for someone who is a fast learner with the ability to work well within a team. Proficiency in using MS Office, especially Excel, and excellent command over English is essential. In addition to this, the incumbent should be highly motivated, confident and assertive.
