About our Client - Our client is a major global financial services provider engaged in retail banking, credit cards, corporate and investment banking with an extensive international presence in Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia. With over 125,000 employees spread across 35+ countries they are currently looking for a technically strong finance professional to join their shared services setup as an Assistant Manager - Finance change.

Job Description - Reporting to the AVP, following would be part of your responsibilities:

- Provide change and financial expertise and assist in the planning and research of a variety of change management projects, e.g. automations, reductions in timetable, process re-engineering and enhancements.

- Develop and implement the strategy and objectives for the Business Change Team aligned with overall Business objectives.

- Ensuring the projects for which they are accountable are aligned to the programme objectives and Cluster/Group business strategy.

- Coach and mentor team members on the projects to ensure delivery against targets and continuing professional and personal development.

- Contribute to the production of adequate Business Cases for change projects where relevant.

The Successful Candidate - You must be a Commerce graduate with 6+ Years experience or CA/CPA/MBA or equivalent having 3+ Years experience in process consulting or Project Management. Experience in Closing & Reporting, reconciliations with knowledge of ERP environment preferably SAP would be preferred. You must have prior experience of change management in Finance and Accounts. As a professional you should have good interpersonal skills with past experience of team handling.
