Job Title: Assistant Accounts Manager
Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer
Job Specification: M.Com/ equivalent with minimum 5 years experience.
Job Responsibility:
- Ensures that Management policies and plans are implemented effectively.
- Prepares all the reports generated by the Accounting System on a daily basis.
- Checks Total Assets of the Fund on daily basis.
- Prepares reports that are required to be submitted to the Trustee / Management.
- Prepares settlement instructions for investments made by the Fund.
- Prepares cheques for expenses incurred by the Fund.
- Collects proceeds of all disinvestments made by the Fund.
- Prepares documents for bank correspondence.
- Prepares all vouchers, journal vouchers and ensure recording of the same in books of accounts with accuracy and on timely basis.
- Prepares daily Fund Position.
- Prepares bank reconciliations on a daily basis.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual Financial Statements of the Fund and gets them audited.
