- Measurement of Training Effectiveness
- Evaluation of Training Programs in terms of content and delivery
- Trainers' Effectiveness and measurement
- Oversee the smooth execution of training programs
- Content creation for technical and functional training programs
- Competencies / Skills Ability to handle multiple projects at a time
- Ability to track training progress
- Good Analytical skills to measure training effectiveness
- Consulting, training management skill
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to be able to network with employees at all levels - proactively
