The role in with the Corporate Team reporting to the Head for talent management & OD.
POSITION OBJECTIVES -
- Minimum 3 years of experience in L&D/Talent Management and OD
- Good at data analytics, able to interpret data and synthesize understanding from different sources of information
- Good at Project management and manage all project documentation
- Co-ordinate hi-post assessment and development plans
- Advance proficiency with excel and PowerPoint
