AM/DM - Sr Sales Engineer - Polyester Films

Assistant/Deputy Manager

We are looking of Sr.Sales Engineer with Leading company in Polyester films Business based at MUMBAI

Experienc & Qualification:

- B.E. / B. Tech (Preferably Chemical)

- Management Degree preferred

- Relevant experience: 3-5 Yrs

- Experience of B2B sales in growth environment

- Preferred Industry: Flexible packaging, Plastic films, FMCG, Chemicals, Adhesive etc

KRAs:

- Ensure achievement of monthly/annual targets for (i) sales volume (ii) sales realization (iii) product mix and (iv) receivables (v) stock levels

- Leveraging existing customer relationships to deliver enhanced contribution by (i) maximizing sales and (ii) optimizing realization by driving increased volumes of all products

- Generate enquiries for existing products and convert them into order with new customers and generate information for new products development

- Ensure adherence to SLAs and business processes to enable effective ‘order to cash’.

- Manage logistics, delivery of products and receivables management, statutory compliance & OTIF (on time
