- Ensure sell out at retail outlets and meet defined target
- Drive Revenue Market Share by increasing retail width and product availability
- Manage RDS & ARD FOS and their productivity to ensure high sales throughput at retail outlets
- Manage differentiated channel partners as KAM
- Strengthen Distribution by increasing the Handset outlets, Recharge Selling Outlets, SIM Selling Outlets, Data Selling Outlets to the maximum possible extent in the assigned territory
- Ensuring that distributors / retailers maintain adequate stocks of company products and merchandise as per norms
- Ensuring the availability of required manpower at distributorships as per plan and monitor their conduct/ behavior
- Drive basic distribution parameters such as Channel Partner Management, Beat Plans, FSE productivity and Channel Satisfaction
- Gather and monitor competition plans, policies, best practices, initiatives etc to be shared with ZSM /State S&D Lead / State S&D Head
