1 Preparing approvals, data analysis, presentation and executing dealership agreement
2 Responsible for identification of open points, arranging/coordinating VC, Site visit, management 3 interview and appointment of dealers as required
4 Dealership project monitoring and ensuring dealership readiness and activation (ensuring 5 optimum resources at the time of dealer activation).
5 Providing planning and guidance to dealers on dealer CI / SI standards and ensuring implementation
6 Ensure timely ordering of corporate identity / showroom identity elements to ensure implementation
7 Timely seeking enhancement approvals and ensure the completion of the projects
8 Weekly reporting on all Network related activities and projects to department heads
9 Coordinating with Regional Office and other stakeholders for completion of activities.
10 Primary and Secondary Dealer Network planning to maximize on current and future market potential/opportunities
11 Competitor analysis and action plan
12 Dealer record management
