FCL Import sales- Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/ Manager

We have an urgent opening with a leading payment gateway company for the post of FCL Import Sales Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Manager

Location: Pune and Hyderabad

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Dealing with walk-in clients for the Export and Import business

- Making inbound and outbound calls for new and prospective clients

- Managing end to end service and delivery by coordinating with the various departments for optimum client satisfaction and delivery

- Handling FCL cargo, AIR, and import transport activities

- Generate a new business account for both Air & Sea Import/Export

- Responsible for monitoring inbound transportation from both domestic and overseas locations

- Negotiate transportation and handling costs; gathered, monitored

- Prepare and update database of clients, shipment orders, and carriers
