Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager - Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for designing marketing plans by laying out a strategy

- Handling Direct and Channel Sales for the existing and upcoming projects

- Will be involved in making project presentations to the clients or brokers

- Generating leads/business through various channels like advertising, meeting real estate brokers and consultants thereby achieving targets

- Stay current with latest developments in market place and competitor activities

- Rapport building and good relationship with clients and channel partners

- Required to be on field as and when required for marketing activities and promotion, for meets with clients and channel partners or for specific Site Visits if required.

- Price Negotiations and Closing deals with direct walk in and existing customers/channel partners

- Taking care of the advertisements and website of the Company

- Scheduling meetings for Director w.r.t Marketing plans, promotions and activities

- Will be handling the Marketing team and managing the team well to ensure pre sales and after sale service

- Building good relations with customers

- Timely preparation of weekly and monthly sales report

- Reporting to Director
