Job Profile:
1. Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar.
2. Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
3. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
4. Experience in project management and budgeting.
5. Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
7. Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
8. Professional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus.
9. Content creation and curation, assessments exposure is a hygiene.
10. Travel flexibility is expected.
Required Skills -
- Training Content creation, design (Soft Skills & Behavioral Training)
- Training delivery to Corporate Office, Manufacturing facilities, and Regional team up to Managerial level.
