We are a leading recruitment company hiring for various openings Currently we are hiring for a (GL-R2R)for Manager Profile in a leading Financial MNC in Chennai Location.

Designation : Asst.Manager, Deputy.Manager and Manager

Shift : US (Night Shift)

Qualification : B.com,M.com and MBA (Finance)

Job Location : Chennai

Interview Date : 6-2-2016 (i.e) Saturday

Key Responsibilities :

- Leading a large R2R team

- Ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements-KPI & CPI

- Ability to review team's day to day activities, including but not limited to Account Reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis and other requests

- Manage close timelines and communicate on a timely basis if deadlines will slip

- Interact with the Business Accounting team and internal stakeholders to resolve issues

- Strong understanding and application of Business's Policies & Procedures to the review process and key SOX processes impacting the sub-process

- Drive process improvement ideas wherever applicable

- Responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the relevant process

- People Management - hiring, structured learning path, operations coach, rewards & recognition, attrition management, appraisals, career path, favorable employee satisfaction survey ratings

- Transitions- process flow documentation, SOP, volume analysis, headcount requirement analysis, system support, knowledge transfer scheduling, pilot phase monitoring & Go Live scheduling

- Business impact projects - Process improvements, benchmarking, value stream mapping and application of other quality tools

- Continuous Improvement Culture - Inculcate quality DNA in team and drive GB projects

- Controllership & Compliance - follow strong control framework & adherence: plug control gaps, ensure satisfactory audit ratings and SOD

- Client engagement - Governance rigor, favorable Voice of Customer ratings and resolution of customer issue log.
