Reports to : Directors & AGM-Sales & Marketing
Nature of Role : Majorly Team Handling (And as per the requirement will be taking the charge of campaigns as an IC)
Work Timings : Majorly UK shift ( 9.30 hrs) , 5 days working. Work from office Only
CTC : Industry Standards
Experience : Min 3 yrs of experience in digital marketing, Mandate- B2B marketing within the ITES industry.
Education : Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on B2B marketing within the ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services) industry. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of all digital marketing domains, including PPC, SEO, SEM, and related areas. They will lead our in-house digital marketing team, driving strategies and initiatives to enhance our online presence, generate leads, and support business growth in the B2B sector.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage a team of PPC, SEO, and SEM executives, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
B2B Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored specifically to the B2B market within the ITES industry.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including PPC, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and generate high-quality leads.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Content Development and Thought Leadership:
- Develop high-quality content assets, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and eBooks, to engage B2B audiences and establish thought leadership.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
