We are presently hiring for one of our premier clients which is an Indian MNC and is a global leader in providing mobile solutions

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Understand the business, philosophy, culture, values and priorities at Company and Unit level to engage managers and Business HR on identification of training needs

2. Creation of the quarterly and monthly training calendars based on the identified trainings needs

3. Define the learning delivery operation processes and drive the implementation through the HR Shared Services team

4. Continuously review and audit the learning operation processes for efficacy

5. Work with Business HR team on periodic review of the training needs against the emerging business requirements

6. Identify strategic learning partners/agencies from the industry and map their offerings against the internal requirements

7. Generation of MIS and reports – covering but not limited to attendance, budget utilization, payments, training person days, pre and post assessment scores

8. Work with internal SMEs and continuously re-evaluate the existing training content and programs

9. Ownership for evaluation to roll-out of all ad-hoc training requirements that may be identified by the business and other stakeholders

10. Work with business HR and manage the overall rewards and recognition program for the Company

11. Manage learning content on various communication channels like Company Intranet, periodic emails

12. Manage the Internal Trainer Recognition program.
