POSITION STATEMENTS :

To encourage and promote the professional development of all employees in Metso Outotec by:

(a) Identifying Learning needs for various business segments and functions in Metso Outotec.

(b) Developing content and design with MO HR Center of Expertise and external India consultants aligned to local learning needs.

(c) Successful delivery and facilitation of a variety of internal and external training programs.
