To ensure a focused strategic internal audit related to Corporate Tax including Transfer pricing and Compliances. The job role would be to audit the statutory compliances and business accounts, prepare various MIS report for top management. Prior exposure and experience of measuring internal audit effectiveness, handling issue related to transfer pricing in manufacturing company will be an added advantage.
2) Key deliverables:
i) Primary responsibility include performing financial, operational, system and process audit of the Company business. Developing systems and processes to handle corporate tax including transfer pricing matters.
ii) Report results of all audits to Top Management and audit committee.
iii) To work closely with external audit and coordinate for smooth and timely audit.
iv) MIS generation report.
v) Ensure audit reports are followed up for audit recommendation and report upon non-compliance.
vi) Establish effective business relationships within the Company, external auditors, statutory auditors and assist management in the understanding of internal control principles.
3) Role requirement:
i) Qualification CA must.
ii) Experience 4-10 year in a similar role in any manufacturing company.
4) Functional competency:
i) Knowledge of internal audit procedure, including planning, techniques, method involved in conducting audits.
ii) Knowledge of corporate tax and transfer pricing related laws and principals.
iii) Knowledge of Accounting Standards, procedures and compliance's.
iv) Ability to gather analyses and evaluate facts and present concise written reports.
v) Ability to maintain current knowledge of development related to business matter of interest to internal Audit, corporate tax, transfer pricing, particularly registration changes and development as they affect business and new auditing techniques.
