Responsibilities:
- HR Policies and processes formulation and integration including contractual manpower.
- Execution of HR Processes and systems
- Liaison with Statutory authorities for all the Legal and Statutory Compliances
- Contract Labour Compliances Management
- Set up of Employee welfare & Admin infrastructure Facilities as per statutory norms
5 Competency Requirements Technical/ Functional :
- In-depth knowledge of Statutory Compliances and Labour laws
- Direct exposure to handling greenfield project
- HR Policies and HR Processes
- Liason.
