Job Profile:

- Responsible for full recruitment cycle including tasks like candidate resourcing, skill assessment, background checks, salary negotiations, closing the positions.

- Responsible for Asia Pacific/ PAN India hiring.

- Coordinate with onsite and offsite Engineering Managers and Project Managers for scheduling Technical interviews.

- Designing compensation structures and bonus programs to motivate and retain existing employees and attract new candidates.

- Rolling out appointment offers to selected candidates and regular follow-ups.

- Successfully inducting new employees on board by briefing them about the company, its policies, procedures and introducing them to the working environment, their job and co-workers.

- Manage all joining formalities within stipulated period of time.

- Effective implementation of performance appraisal system uniformly all across the organization.

- Updating in changes of HR policy.

- Responsible for handling employee grievances effectively related to official issues as well as personal matters.

- Manage Probation and Confirmation Process.

Skills :

- Must have corporate exposure of some good manufacturing/ fmcd company

- Must be full time MBA.
