Responsibilities:
Performance Management System
- Implementing the PMS system, KRA (MBO) setting, Facilitating the entire process, Summarizing and generating the report & submitting drafts for final approvals.
- Coordinating employee counseling sessions to understand employee concerns and redress their grievances.
Competency Mapping
- Responsible for Handling the Need Analysis of the Group based on the appraisals and feedback from the Managers. This report then gets sent to the Manager HR and is considered to be one of the effective means of analyzing organizational needs.
Compensation & Benefits
- fixing compensation and providing salary inputs to the payroll department.
- Employee Separation, Conducting Exit interviews, providing feedback to the respective supervisors, and providing F&F settlement inputs to the payroll department.
Talent Management
- Collaborate with technical heads to design and lead the talent management at the organization.
- Knowledge on International Position Evaluation would be an added advantageAdministering the reward system.
- Drive Performance Improvement Plan to identify and correct the identified and expected skill gaps
- Identification and nurturing the internal talent through talent management programmes.
