One of our client, a reputed business house of India, is looking for Dy. Manager/ Asst. Manager IR. This is a IR profile with some blend of Generic HR. The incumbent will work proactively to ensure smooth IR and avoid formation of union.
The JD includes:
1. Dealing with Employee relationship
2. Understanding of Factories act and compliance requirements
3. Dealing with requisite Government agencies
4. Grievance Handling
5. Disciplinary actions, if needed
6. Ensuring smooth Employee-Management relationship
