Talent Acquisition :
- Management of the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
- Identifying high potential executives & managers for succession & progression opportunities.
- To ensure that all open positions are closed within Time Bound.
- Campus hiring: formulating & implementing fresher hiring plan for financial year.
- Working out remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees & executing the same.
- Vendor management & placement consultant empanelment.
Training & Development:
- Ascertaining the specific training needs of employees across all levels through mapping of skills and competencies required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies.
- Gap Analysis and Training Need Identification.
- Training and development - designed and conducted training programs.
- Organizing and conducting training programs for enhancement of their productivity and thus improving learning curve.
Performance Management System:
- Worked on Balanced score card based performance management system.
- Assessing employee performance on quarterly / Half Yearly/Yearly basis and play a key role in recognition of individual performance through rewards / appreciations for successful performers.
- Charting out promotions, bonus, and salary increments etc., based on employee performance.
HR Operations & Human Resource Information System (HRIS):
- Preparing worksheets and presentations for top management pertaining to HR.
- To ensure all joining formalities and Induction Program are completed within 7 days of joining date.
- Post-employment Verification for all employees and to take required action as per report received.
Employee Engagement & Employee Relations:
- Formulation & implementation of employee engagement activities.
- Analyzing the impact of employee engagement activities on employee performance on monthly basis.
- Regularly discussing specific issues with employees regarding their grievances, hindrances and undertaking steps for resolving them.
