1. Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

2. Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts.

3. Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable.

4. Preparation and analysis of financial reports for management and external stakeholders.

5. Prepare periodic presentations, with Financial and Business data with detailed analysis..

6. Prepare monthly/annual projections for future period and deviation analysis.

7. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

8. Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaising with auditors.

9. Participate in cross-functional projects related to finance and accounting.

Chartered Accountant Responsibilities:

- Oversee the duties of the accounting team.

- Implement accounting systems and processes.

- Reconcile income statements.

- Prepare monthly financial reports.

- Control the master data of the general register.

- Review and release online banking payments.

- Ensure compliance with state revenue service.

- Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.

- Manage the full financial process.

- Prepare an expense budget report.

- Chartered Accountant Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting.

- Honor's degree preferred.

- Completion of Articles.

- 5 years post article experience.

- Registration with accredited statutory body and association.

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

- Fully compliant as a tax practitioner.

- Filing of corporate tax returns.

- Experience in providing financial advice.
