Skill : Indirect Taxation, Legal, Compliances, Litigation

Position : Finance and Accounts (AM/DM)

Exp : 3-6 Yrs

Salary : Open to Negotiate.

Education : LLB (3 Plus experience is required Post LLB)

Location : Delhi

Job Snapshot:

- Overall responsibility for Accounts, Audit and Compliance, Legal, Indirect Taxation

- Responsible for month-end book closure activities.

- Take charge of overheads budget control, ensure accurate accounting by coordinating forecast & accrual information with respective functions.

- Compliance with all statutory requirement, submission of all statutory & tax returns with governing body as per due dates.

- Responsible to conduct board meeting as required and presentations and corporate governance.

Candidate's Profile:

- Should be a LLB with minimum 3 yrs of relevant experience
