Opening with Telecom Client based out in Delhi/NCR

Position:-Circle Enterprise Lead

Function:Enterprise Field operations-Network

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

New Installations:-Operational Planning and Coordination for new installations. Coordination with vendors, SD, CRM, NOC for hardware installation, commissioning, Provisioning & delivery of Services to end customer as per order and upto customer satisfaction.

Service Assurance for Enterprise Customers

Supporting Field engineers on critical Technical Issues, share knowledge

Ensuring sufficient spares stock for hardware for New Installations and O&M.

Sending faulty hardware to Central Warehouse for RMA purpose.

Looking for person who will be technically sound in terms of network technologies and NOC with service assurance experience.
