AM/DM - Contract - EPC

Qualification - B.E (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)/LLB/Law Graduate

Experience :4-7 Years s/ Candidate Profile (Attributes) : Good at Negotiation skills

High on Integrity, Leadership, Time and Target Orientation, Analytical ability for Costing

Having Sound Engineering Knowledge and conversant with all Statutory requirements

1. Experience in Contract Management Field with reputed Construction Companies.

2. Well versed with Contracts & its proper interpretation, contractual correspondence, preparation of contractual claims, subcontracting of Electromechanical works including techno-commercial negotiations and drafting of Subcontracts etc.

3. Finalisation of Vendors, Subcontractors, Rates, Negotiation, Billings, Rate, Mitigations, Costing etc.

4. Though Knowledge of Contracts, Commercials Terms, Applicable Taxes etc

5. Creating guide lines for submission of claims and increasing scope of job with financial advantages.

6. Analysis of rates, Cost Estimation,Work order, Floating Tender, Negotiating, awarding of contracts, knowledge of Applicable Taxes

7. Should have handled Finalisation of Contracts & Agreements

8. Should be familiar with Civil Construction, Electrical Installation, Mechanical Constructions, Power Plants, OIL Gas, HVAC, Landscaping, Boilers, Turbines, s, Genset.

9. Must have the knowledge of Quality Standards, Prepare the BOQ, BOM

10. Analysis of rates, Cost Estimation, Work order, Floating Tender, Negotiating, awarding of contracts, knowledge of Applicable Taxes.

11. Analytical ability for Costing

Excellent oral and written English, Computer Efficient, ERP Exposure etc.

Candidates from EPC Sectors will be preferred.
