AM/DM - Civil Infrastructure/Construction - Security & Surveillance Industry

- The person should be able to supervise all civil infrastructure work related to security & surveillance industries such as camera & illumination pole foundation & erection, OFC laying, Trenching & laying of electrical cables, construction of manhole, weld mesh & concertina installations, construction of command & control center and any other infra works.

- The person has technical competencies to act as the main technical adviser at site for vendor, field engineer & site supervisor.

- Should be able to resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other site related issues that may arise & should able to give suitable solution based on engineering parameter, techniques & experiences.

- Have good experience in estimation & costing of civil works.

- Should analyze proposed site factors and design maps, graphs, drawings, tracings, and diagrams to illustrate findings.

- The person should be able to understand the civil drawings, structure drawings, Plant Layout drawings & expose of designing of foundation system & super structure.

- Should prepare reports and document project activities & MIS.

- The candidate should have relevant knowledge of the current tools and techniques, well versed with Site safety compliance & regulation inside steel plant.

- He should have the ability & attitude to step in for the work with the vendor team & its supervisor in case any specific requirement or Site condition.
