Job Purpose:

Support in implementation of business excellence frame work standard through a structured RADAR process and assist functions in deployment of continuous improvement project/practices such as 5S/Kaizen in line with WCM guidelines

Key Result Areas:

Supporting Actions:

- Improve BE external assessment score

- Support business teams in developing plan to take process maturity to next level so as to have maximum positive business impact

- Conduct internal assessment as per the framework standard (Twice in a year)

- BE application development with appropriate articulation with complete WCM requirement

Ensure BE process improvement plan closure:

- Liasoning with various business function so as to ensure timely closure of process improvement initiatives and plans

- Facilitate Quarterly progress review of plans

- Support process for performance measurement on key excellence indicators and compile monthly progress report

Training and propagating BE awareness across the organization:

- Coordinate training on Business Excellence and other process improvement tools so as to create awareness and BE buy as per BE training calendar

- Conducting induction program on BE as a part of onboard program

Support continuous Improvement leading to improved performance on key process metrics:

- Support continues improvement initiatives like 5S and Six Sigma in specific areas

- Track and monitor support cost saving plan through lean and six sigma cost savings project

Knowledge Management & SOP management:

- SOP management Up-to-date SOP's availability for users in line with ISO standards and periodic monitoring to ensure timely updation of SOP's

- Establish process and tools for capturing and sharing organizational knowledge including Best practices across retail
