Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager Business Development

Our client is one of the prestigious Business house in the country and has excellent HR practices. It is a great place to work. The client is setting up Multi Brand Automobile retail workshops across the country.

To manage company’s accounting and reporting, the client is looking for Sr. Manager/Manager Accounts.. The brief JD is given below:

a) Job Description –

- Responsible for achieving the new customer nos for the region/store(s) concerned.

- Responsible for the designing and execution of local level activities.

- Responsible for the Marketing Officers attached to the local stores.

- Execute the HO generated activities in the prescribed format.

- Will be driving a team of Marketing Officers attached with the local stores.

- Providing inputs to the HO team on the various new initiatives and opportunities possible locally.

- Coordinate with the local vendors for marketing collateral and cost/deliverables negotiations thereof.

- Coordinate with local vendors and HO for bill payments.

b) Additional Requirements –

- Should have handled a team of executives before.

- Should be able to work on Sundays to get the events/activities executed.

c) Preferred exposure –

- Insurance or credit card

- Auto servicing (not sales)

- Telecom sales (Handsets/services)
