Responsibility :

- Bookkeeping: Recording financial transactions, including income, expenses, and other financial activities, in ledgers or accounting software.

- Accounts Payable: Managing the organization's payable accounts by processing invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and maintaining records of outstanding liabilities.

- Accounts Receivable: Managing the organization's receivable accounts by generating invoices, tracking payments from customers, and following up on overdue payments.

- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintaining the general ledger, which is a comprehensive record of all financial transactions in an organization, and ensuring its accuracy.

- Financial Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to provide insight into the company's financial health.

- Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, preparing and filing tax returns, and managing tax-related documentation.

- Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the creation of budgets, monitoring actual performance against budgeted figures, and providing financial forecasts to aid in decision-making.

- Internal Controls: Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
