About our Client - Our client is an MNC bank with their Finance COE in Gurgaon. Due to expansion in their India operations, they are looking for experienced tax professionals with good analytical skills.

Job Description - Reporting into Manager, your key repsonsibilties would include:

- Tax accounting for Group entities worldwide

- Income tax calculations and preparation of indirect tax returns

- Preparation of corporate tax returns for various Group entities

- Global withholding tax processes

- Tax related balance sheet reconciliations and management reporting

- Group transfer pricing process

The Successful Candidate - Successful candidate would be a CA 2008/2009 with experience within direct tax from an MNC. You must also have exposure to tax reporting and transfer pricing since most of your work would include the same. Good analytical skills is required for this role.
