Job Role - The key areas of responsibilities are as follows :
- Increase AUM, Net Sales, and Market Share of the AMC through Direct Channel.
- Ensure standards of Customer Service and Compliance are met.
- Monitoring the servicing of clients with regards to their payments, redemption, and specific queries.
- Develop the Direct Channel by data mining to identify clients and gradually grow the book size through referrals.
Knowledge & Essential Skills :
- Ability to think through & implement necessary strategies to develop the Direct Channel
- Relationship skills necessary to manage high net worth investors.
- In-depth knowledge of MF industry, products & Financial Markets (Equity / Debt / ETFs)
- High Enthusiasm & Aggression
- Pleasing personality & an excellent communication skills
Minimum Qualification : Full Time Graduation
Preferred Qualification : MBA / Post Graduation
Mandatory : NISM V-A Certification
Salary Range: 6-8 LPA
