We are an Executive Search firm based out of by the name Laksh HR Pvt. Ltd. Noida with expertise in handling assignments at Middle & Senior level management. We also cater to cross section of industries like Engg /Manufacturing, Infrastructure/Real Estate, IT, Media, FMCG & Retail, Telecom, Banking, Insurance & Financial Services.

We have been retained by our client, one the leading FMCG MNC company for as they are looking for AM-Demand Planning for Mumbai Location.

Position: AM-Demand Planning

Qualification: MBA

Experience: 2-4 yr

CTC- 12 L PA

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Main purpose of the role:

- To facilitate Demand & Supply Planning to achieve sales requirements within stated company objectives along with the Planning Manager, with the use of specific key performance indicators.

Detailed Responsibilities (non-conclusive):

- Demand Planning / S&OP – Ensure that the agreed process is well understood and aligned in monthly demand review and senior management review.

- Update & share forecast files with Sales Team

- Collate forecast files received monthly from sales team & identify variances if any

- Escalate exceptions for resolution

- Align the forecast files with the Brand Managers

- Reallocate the final overall forecasted number at regional level

- Share the final constraint plan with Sales Team

- Supply Planning -Coordination with Company affiliates for MIP (Monthly Import Planning) and related follow ups on regular supplies, artworks, new SKU’s, Promotions etc. Regular con-calls & other supply chain related communications to be done on top-priority. Be on high alert for any supply discrepancies and escalate to the senior management.

- Facilitate execution of Promotion & New Product launches by continuously monitoring & following-up with all the stake holder to close all the processes within the deadlines

- Distribution Requirement Planning - Analyze forecast received from Sales team & historical trend and accordingly allocate stocks to all the hubs within the country in constrained/excess supply scenario. Continuous monitoring & replenishment of hubs as per agreed stock norms of SKU’s.

- Work closely with Customer Service to address supply gaps.

- Highlight and share SLOB products listing with Sales & Brand Team. Finalize action plan to liquidate the same.

- MIS & KPI Scorecards – Generation of various MIS/Reports & KPI scorecards on daily, weekly & monthly basis as per agreed timelines with stakeholders.

- Circulation of monthly & quarterly forecast accuracy / Bias reports at a sales manager level (ASM/RSM/KAM)

- Systems - Maintaining system hygiene by continuously monitoring & regularly cleaning of system (SAP-MM module).

Required Qualification:

- Education: Post Graduate degree in OM / Supply Chain

- 3-4 years experience in Planning.

- PC Know-how: Excellent MS-Office skills , knowledge or quick grasp of logistics-software, SAP / MM/ APO knowledge desirable

- Languages: Good command of spoken and written English.

Organization:

- The position reports into the Planning Manager.

The incumbent is strictly obliged to keep any company information as a secret, especially after termination of the labor-relation.
