Job Description:

Need to Have:

- Experience of a minimum of 7-9 years, familiar with Accounts Payable and Order Management concepts.

- Prior experience of working on F&A analytics.

- Experience must include work on conceptualizing analytics and driving insights and not just project / program management of analytics deals.

- Knowledge in providing direction for payment terms analytics (early/late/urgent payment analysis, vendor payment terms analysis/discount capture analysis, vendor consolidation), collection analytics, customer segmentation analytics, order entry to invoicing analytics

- Business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements

- Experience with driving analytics across multiple industries / offerings

- Experience with providing decision support and conducting financial reviews across a wide range of business issues

- Advanced reporting / report planning skills to put a monitoring and reporting framework in place and execute it on a periodic basis for all stakeholders

- Detailed knowledge and past or current hands-on experience to the latest Tools and Technologies used in FP&A

Overall Purpose of Job

- Driving analytics for FP&A Offerings

- Using process engineering best practices, identify areas for process improvement or development; build processes, including process maps, to ensure appropriate management and governance of critical processes

Responsibilities/Authorities

- Define/ conceptualize analytics for FP&A Offerings and come up with new ideas on analytics

- Follow project plans to execute process development and/or re-engineering

- Interact with both internal and external clients and understand their requirements

- Identification of opportunities to improve customer and business impact through using a process focused improvement approach
