EXPERIENCE: 1-3 YEARS (2011 BATCH PASS OUTS FROM PREMIER B SCHOOLS)

LOCATION: MUMBAI

DESIGNATION: ASSISTANT MANAGER- CUSTOMER SERVICE & LOGISTICS-WEST

SALARY: 16-18 LPA

JOB PURPOSE:

To effectively manage the warehouses and secondary freight for timely distribution. To manage agreed services levels and cost, ensure full compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service Management:

Accountable for effective functioning of CFAs as per agreed service levels by conducting periodic reviews of performance, audits and providing necessary guidance and support

Warehouse Management:

1. Ensure 100% compliance of Quality SOPs in the region

2. Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliances and minimize risk for the business

3. Support CSL Manager to set industry benchmarks and execute best practices in warehousing management

Transporter & Freight Management:

1. Identify and develop new transporters to improve service level and optimize cost

Freebee Management:

1. Liaise with all stakeholders and track receipt and utilization of freebees and all kinds of POS material.

2. Ensure circulation of MIS and avoid ageing

- Overhead expense management
