Description
- Work on the key Lending initiatives such as EMI, LOC Initiative to ensure profitable AR growth
- Drive key business drivers like cards acquired, billings, customer average spends and enhance product value propositions in partnership with other stakeholders
- Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to own & drive various product level initiatives
- Function as single-point of contact source for reference on any issue on the product
- Supports communications in all product related benefits – e-newsletters, statement inserts, signatures, one off mailings, etc.
- Competition Analysis
- Identify new opportunities to effectively reach out to cardmembers to drive billings and engagement with the product
- Partner closely with Sales/Acquisition teams on various Product-Sales initiatives to drive portfolio growth
- Interface with multiple functions such as Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance and to resolve all matters pertaining to the product
- Manages benefits, renewals of the product benefit in partnership with other stakeholders
Qualifications
- MBA (preferable IIMs, XLRI, FMS, MDI, JBIMS, ISB, IIFT, IITs) with 2-3 years of experience In Marketing/Sales
- Understanding of the Credit Card business
- Strong Communication And Presentation Skills
- High level of accountability & focused on delivering timely & effective results
- Strong Analytical Skills
