About our Client - Our client is a global leader in the fragrance and flavor industry, with many renowned brands to their credit. An employer of repute, they're known for their excellent work culture. They are currently looking for a Costing Manager based out of their Bangalore office to drive their divisional costing strategy.

Job Description - Reporting to the VP-Finance, you'll be working closely with the senior finance leadership and will be responsible for:

- Driving strategic decision making in management accounting and costing alongside top leadership in finance

- Overseeing plant product costing, MIS and budgeting for their Bangalore fragrance division

- Preparing budgets and forecasts on a monthly and annual basis

- Supporting in statutory audit for schedules related to Sales, COGS, variances, inventory

- Conducting variance analysis on a monthly basis and across stock/inventory levels

- Basic modeling to support decision making by operational staff

- Standard costing calculation and manufacturing overhead variance analysis

The Successful Candidate - You're a qualified ICWA with a passion and drive for success. You will have developed strong financial and management accounting skills with extensive exposure to costing and inventory accounting. Ideally you will have a strong working knowledge of SAP. You're someone who has an ambitious, driven personality and will be looking to further their career within a challenging environment.
