Assistant Manager- Corporate Intelligence

Currently hiring for a leading Management Consulting firm.

Experience- 5-7 yrs

Location- Bangalore

Educational qualification- Bachelors / Masters in Finance.

Desired Work Experience:

- Conducting Qualitative Research covering issues pertaining to the identification of red-flags that can be potentially damaging to an organization while- Investing in a business, Acquiring a customer, Recruiting new dealers, suppliers, franchisees or distributors, Acquiring or merging with another business etc

- Conducting research on companies / individuals and performing Litigation, Bankruptcy and regulatory checks, analyzing risk factors like corporate fraud, social accountability, corruption & bribery

- Experienced Professionals from Professional Services Firm / Big 4 / Research & Management Consulting firm/ leading research house required

- Professionals working in the Forensic Division of a Research House covering the above issues required

- Candidates conducting Qualitative Due Diligence required

- Must have experience of handling a team of minimum 3-4 people.
