Detailed Job Description:

Job Profile :

- M&A strategy- identifying business, growth, acquisition and exit strategy.

- M&A and J Vs, finding and approaching targets, cross-border growth, friendly or hostile purchases.

- Disposals, divestment's and spin-offs- finding and approaching buyers, negotiating best value, ensuring business continuity; information memorandum and options appraisals.

- Private equity- fund raising and investment options.

- Finance raising & MBO- bank financing & securitization, MBOs, MBIs, and IBOs

The tasks, roles and responsibilities concerned with the job will include the following:

- End to end execution of client deliverable ensuring quality and timeliness

- Day to day Strategy and Planning.

- Client relationship management.

- People management.

- Business development (Manager and above).

- Perform Buy/ Sell side M&A, Distressed M&A and Restructuring.

- Perform financing mandates in Corporate Finance, Project Finance and Private Placement and Investment Advisory Services.

- Guide clients with their divestment's and takeovers.
